The registration fee is 150 €, payable in advance by bank transfer or in cash at the General Meeting.
We have blocked rooms in three different hotels, the meeting venue, Hotel Borg, and two other hotels, Storm Hotel and Reykjavik Lights. Details of these are provided below in order of price.

Accommodation
Storm Hotel – Map
Storm Hotel is a 93 room hotel in Reykjavik city centre offering stylish and comfortable quality accommodation. The hotel is located between Reykjavik’s main business district and Laugavegur shopping street and is about 1.7 km from the meeting venue.
Storm Hotel offers a Nordic-inspired design combined with functionality, quality and style. Every guestroom has a sleek bathroom and an ultra-comfortable luxury bed as well as free Wireless internet connection. Breakfast is included in the price.

Reykjavík Lights – Map
Reykjavik Lights sits just above the parks and gardens of the city’s historic ‘hot spring valley’, Laugardalur, and Reykjavík Harbor is a 15-minute drive away. The hotel is about 3.1 km from the meeting venue.
There is a bar/lounge where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, and a complimentary continental breakfast is served daily between 07:00 and 10:00 am. Additional property amenities include a snack bar/deli and a garden. Breakfast is included in the price.

Hotel Borg – Map
Dignified and imposing, Hotel Borg overlooks the beautiful square of Austurvöllur, in the heart of Reykjavík, across from Althingi, the Icelandic parliament, and the cathedral. Hotel Borg, which has become one of Reykjavik’s landmarks, is conveniently located within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, businesses, souvenir shops, art galleries, and specialty shops. The hotel’s 99 rooms and suites, with Art Deco style throughout, are elegantly appointed yet offer an extensive array of modern amenities. Breakfast is not included in the price, but can be added online or at check-in. The price for the room with breakfast is 37,890 ISK (ca. 244 EUR)
The hotel is also the meeting venue.
